Program description

Workshop Lab's SMS program sends transactional messages (e.g., appointment reminders, quote follow-ups, replies to your inquiries) and, where you have expressly consented, occasional marketing updates.

Consent

By checking the SMS consent box on our consultation form, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Workshop Lab at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency & rates

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply from your carrier.

Opt-out

Reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE at any time to any message we send to immediately unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or email sms@workshoplab.ca.

Compliance

We comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), CRTC rules, the CWTA Common Short Code Application Guidelines, and applicable CTIA/Twilio messaging policies.
